Founded in 2022 by Liam McIntosh, Liam McIntosh Entertainment is a theatrical production and General Management company working across a broad spectrum of theatre – from musicals and plays to pantomime. Based in London, the company operates in the across the UK, and on international stages.

The company was born out of the global Covid-19 pandemic – a time when the theatre industry faced unprecedented challenges. In the wake of these hardships, Liam McIntosh Entertainment was established with a mission to produce world-class, accessible, and unforgettable theatrical experiences for audiences of all kinds.

Originally from Edinburgh, Scotland, Liam graduated from the Chris Grady Institute with a Diploma in Creative Producing. In 2020, amid the turmoil of the pandemic, Liam saw just how quickly life – and live theatre – could be turned upside down. It was then that he chose to take a bold step forward, leaving behind the successful pantomime production company he had founded in 2013, and launching himself into the world of independent commercial theatre producing.

Over the course of his time as a freelancer, Liam produced six successful, sell-out pantomime seasons. But with a deep-rooted passion for storytelling and an ambition to reach broader audiences, he shifted his focus to new ventures and larger stages.

Liam's love for theatre began early. One vivid childhood memory stands out: attending Cameron Mackintosh’s national tour of Mary Poppins at the Edinburgh Playhouse. During the show’s iconic finale, as Mary Poppins soared across the auditorium, a young boy in front of Liam leapt up and shouted, “Look, Mum! She really can fly!” At that moment, the actress playing Mary, made eye contact with the child and acknowledged him with a warm smile. Liam, just ten years old at the time, was profoundly moved. It was then he knew: no matter what path his life would take, he wanted to create moments of magic like that.

Today, Liam McIntosh Entertainment continues to pursue that mission — crafting theatrical experiences that inspire, engage, and resonate. With exciting projects on the horizon, we can't wait to welcome you to one of our productions soon.
